This page describes how the current CortoLink Fleet marketplace handles the information you submit.

Driver applications

The application collects your name, email, phone, city or area, optional driving experience, driver license file, and acknowledgment. These details support review of your application. A vehicle-specific application is associated with that vehicle and its fleet. A general application is accessible to the CortoLink Fleet platform team.

License files

License files are stored privately. They do not appear in public vehicle listings and are not published as permanent public links. Access is restricted to the appropriate reviewing team.

Public vehicle listings

Fleet owners choose which eligible vehicles and listing photos to publish. Public listings use general location information and approved listing details. Inspection evidence, private documents, and assigned-driver details are not part of the public listing.

Optional analytics

Analytics runs only when you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages or the owner login and signup pages. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Declining does not prevent browsing, applications, or signup.

With permission, first-party random browser and session identifiers measure public page visits, listing impressions and clicks, public searches and filters, application steps, and fleet signup and activation. We retain source categories and device classes, rather than full referrer URLs, IP addresses, or browser signatures. Search text is length-limited and sensitive-looking input is omitted. No fingerprinting is used.

Recent event records expire after 90 days. Compact pseudonymous daily visitor/session facts remain for up to 800 days to support comparisons. Daily event totals are retained. The consent choice lasts 180 days, the anonymous browser cookie 90 days, and the session cookie 30 minutes after a consented visit. These cookies are shared between CortoLink Fleet and its owner subdomain for signup attribution. Fleet activation attribution expires 90 days after signup.

If Google Analytics is enabled by CortoLink Fleet, it also loads only after permission. We send safe public paths and event names, with public vehicle identifiers where relevant. Names, emails, phone numbers, license information, form contents, private links, search text, and query strings are excluded. Google processes technical request information under its own privacy terms. Google reports and Search Console reports are available only to the platform administrator; fleet owners can see only their own permitted listing totals when that feature is enabled.

Withdrawing permission stops future analytics and clears CortoLink analytics identifiers from this browser and requests removal of its saved fleet activation attribution. It does not remove previously recorded aggregate totals. Operational authentication, security, and application records are separate from optional analytics.

Essential website requests

The website and its hosting services process requests needed to load pages and submit applications. If you sign in to an account, session cookies support that sign-in. The separate owner application has its own authenticated workspace.
