Connect your vehicles with people looking for their next rental. CortoLink Fleet gives individual vehicle owners, small fleets, and rental operators a place to publish listings and review driver applications.
How it works for fleet partners
- Create your fleet. Your signup creates an independent company account for your vehicles and team.
- Add and list your vehicles. Upload listing photos, set the rental price and period, confirm the city, and add a useful public description. Choose which eligible vehicles to publish.
- Review applications. Receive applications for your listings, discuss requirements with applicants, and confirm availability and rental terms.
Keep your listings current
Manage one vehicle or multiple vehicles from your owner account. Update photos, pricing, and availability as circumstances change. Assigned vehicles stay hidden by default; the existing future-availability option lets you accept interest for a confirmed later date.
Set clear expectations
Use accurate photos and descriptions. Explain the rental terms and confirm insurance, permitted use, and any rideshare or delivery requirements with applicants before an agreement. A listing does not guarantee applications, bookings, or income.
